At Southwest we will offer you 3 choices based on what your bookkeeping and back office process needs are. Below is a template of what we offer and an example of how it will be presented to you. What we present to you may differ because I will customize it based on what your needs are. For example, if your business model does not invoice clients, that will not be an option to consider. We want this to be the starting point for a discussion of how we will work together. Quick Review: $249 — One of the first things we'll do is a quick review of your data in your existing software. This is where we will analyze the current year data thru analysis and reports, and present to you our findings in a hands on meeting. We want to start off our relationship with the goal in mind of providing accurate financials and a stream-lined back office process. This service is invaluable because I am confident we will be presenting you recommendations that will add value to your business that you can implement right away.
Cashflow Tool: $49/month — Built-in cash flow calendar, activity feed and anomaly detector, you instantly know all aspects of your cash flow with no surprises.
Receipt Bank: $39/month — Take a picture of your receipts, upload your invoices and bills all to a secure portal that integrates with your QuickBooks.
Although we don't do taxes, we work with your CPA on all supporting documentation. If you need a trusted CPA we can refer you to one of our partners.
$150/hour —We offer webinar training on QuickBooks Online tailored to your monthly process from beginning to end to provide a complete process of how to close out your books on a monthly basis.
